Abstract:
To improve feed efficiency by eliminating untransferred matter left in a casing.
A flexible member 5 comprising a chain or the like capable of contact with an inner wall of the casing 1 is helically attached along a helical rotary body 2 disposed in the casing 1 to constitute a conveyor. The attachment of the flexible member 5 to the helical rotary body 2 constituting the conveyor feeds transferred matter introduced from a hopper 6 smoothly in the casing 1 and feeds it to a discharge opening 7 without leaving it in the casing 1. The casing 1 contains no untransferred matter left to prevent the disadvantage that untransferred matter left in the conveyor deteriorates and solidifies.
