This helmet equipped with light emitting devices is obtained by mounting ring-shaped metal tools 4 having plural glossy reflecting surfaces of the surface of the helmet, installing LED elements 5 with fitting to the metal tools 4, and fitting an electric source switch for controlling the LED elements 5 by turning electricity on/off to the sidewall of the helmet.
