Abstract:
PURPOSE: To uniformly polish the surface of helmets by moving a polishing member along a guiding means.
CONSTITUTION: A polishing head 24 pressed to a helmet 54 supported on a support 18 is revolved by a motor 46 through a transmission, The support 18 is revolved by a motor while a connecting lever 39 is reciprocated by a motor 42 to move the polishing head 24 upward relative to the support 18 along a guide rail 40 so that the surface of the helmet 54 is uniformly polished.
