To provide a helmet with a cooling device for cooling the temperature in a brain of a wearer in a good efficiency by cooling the back of the head where many blood vessels in the brain gather.

This helmet (1) with the cooling device is equipped with a cap body (10) covering the head part of the wearer and a wearing body (20) positioning at the inside of the cap body (10) and holding the cap body (10) on the head part of the wearer. The helmet (1) is provided by arranging a cooling device (30) by using a Peltier element (41) at a position corresponding to the back of the head of the wearer. The cooling device (30) is constituted by a cooling unit (40) equipped with the Peltier element (41) and an electric power source unit (50) for supplying the electric power to the Peltier element (41) and the cooling unit (40) is arranged at the position corresponding to the back of head of the wearer.
