To provide a helper system capable of always monitoring the health state of a subject, quickly transmitting a call from a medical organ or the like at the accurance of abnormality, automatically detecting the absence of the measured person, sensing the existence of an intruder, and informing neighbors of the generation of abnormality simultaneously with connection to a police station or the like.

The system 1 is constituted of a life wrist band 2 provided with a pulse/heart beat measuring terminal 2a, an emergency button 2b, a storage part, and a signal generating part 2c, a sensor 3 for monitoring life moving lines, a monitor terminal 4 capable of receiving a signal from the band 2 and connected to the sensor 3, and a computer 6 connected to the terminal 4. The terminal 4 is provided with a data including part, an automatic dialing function, a voice synthesizing function, and an automatic answering telephone function. If abnormality is detected in a subject's pulse or heart beat measured by the band 2, the abnormality is transmitted from the terminal 4 to a medical organ through a telephone line and a call is transmitted from the medical organ to the terminal 4 and the band 2.
