Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To exchange a die in a short time by simplifying configuration of a device as a whole so as to restrain an installation space.
SOLUTION: On a production line 25, a work W, which being composed of a vehicle body side, is firmly positioned and conveyed in a standing condition that a roof rail side is above and a side sill side is bottom. At a side of the production line 25, plural hem dies 27, which perform hem processing to a wheel arch part of the body side (work W), and a die conveying robot 29, which holds the hem dies 27 and makes them approach to the work W on the product line 25, for performing the hem processing while holding the dies, are arranged respectively. The plural hem dies 27 are dealing with various kinds of the work W respectively and, the die conveying robot 29 chooses and holds the hem die 27 coping with the work W being conveyed.
