Title:
HEMADYNAMOMETER PROVIDED WITH CUFF BELT WINDING MECHANISM
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2006271405
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To provide a hemadynamometer provided with a cuff belt winding mechanism, capable of keeping the diameter of an insertion hole in an initial state large, smoothly winding a cuff belt around an arm or the like, being simply constituted and made into a product at a low cost, eliminating the risk of damaging the cuff belt and facilitating handling.

The hemadynamometer provided with the cuff belt winding mechanism comprises: a drum 2 having an arm insertion hole 5; a cuff spring 120 with elastic restoration force in a diameter-enlarging direction, whose proximal end is fixed to the drum as a fixed end A and distal end is made movable along the inner periphery of the drum as a movable end B, and which is to be reduced in the diameter as a whole by moving the movable end from an initial diameter-enlarged state; a bladder 130 at the inner periphery of the cuff spring; and the cuff belt 110 for reducing the diameter of the cuff spring by pulling the movable end of the cuff spring toward a position close to the fixed end. In the cuff spring, spring power is changed from the fixed end to the movable end such that the spring power at a part near the fixed end is weak and the spring power at a part near the movable end is strong.
