Abstract:

To obtain various hemiasterlin derivatives and to develop a synthesis theory for testing the therapeutic usefulness.

The present invention provides compounds having formula (I) and additionally provides methods for the synthesis thereof and methods for the use thereof in the treatment of cancer, wherein R1-R7, X1, X2, R, Q, and n are specially defined. The need that new hemiasterlin analogs are developed and evaluating the capability as a therapeutic agent in the treatment of cancer still exists. New compounds of general formula (I) are provided, and methods for synthesizinging them and methods for the application of them in the treatment of cancer are also provided, wherein R1-R7, X1, X2, R, Q, and n are specified. These compounds have applications in the prophylaxis of the restenosis of blood vessels which tends to receive lesions like angioplasty or stenting.
