Abstract:
To provide a hemming processor which can shorten a processing time while assuring quality to cope with a short production tact even for a part which is difficult to roller hemming, and can save weight of a production facility.SOLUTION: A hemming processor comprises a light-weight anvil so as to cause a transportation robot to perform anvil replacement, and is so configured as to perform hemming by a hemming robot equipped with a hemming roller. According to this hemming processor, one or plural link type hem punches are mounted on the anvil at a part of a hemmed material which is difficult to hem by the hemming roller, and the hem punches are operated by the robot to hem the hemmed material.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
