To obtain a hemming structure in which the occurrence of distortion in a panel on a clamping side can be prevented or suppressed even when a panel on a side to be clamped is composed of a material having various thicknesses.
A hood inner panel 12 formed of a material having various thicknesses has an upper face 12X composed by aligning sheet materials adjacent with each other and a lower face 12Y having a step part 16 formed by a difference in sheet thicknesses. A cutout part 20 is formed by cutting out an outer peripheral edge part 12Z. A clearance is formed between the sheet materials adjacent with each other sandwiching a bonding line by the cutout part 20 at the outer peripheral edge part 12Z of the hood inner panel 12. The cutout part 20 is provided at a portion from an overlapping region in the outer peripheral edge part 12Z of the hood inner panel 12 overlapped with a bent back part 14C of a hood outer panel 14 to an adjacent region adjacent to the side opposite to an edge part terminal side with respect to the overlapping region.
