To allow a hemodialysis device to quickly and accurately detect a drop in blood pressure during a consequent hemodialysis by designing so that a pressure difference detected by a pressure difference detection means is output only when the roller of a blood pump reaches a specified peripheral position.
Pressure detection signals from both pressure sensors are transmitted to the control device, and a pressure difference is automatically calculated and is output. The pressure difference signal is output only when one of a pair of rollers 17, 17 arranged at a blood pump 4 reaches a specified peripheral position. It is preferred that the specified peripheral position is a half way point, especially a middle point 21 or immediately before the point between a point 19 where one of the rollers 17 start to pressurize a tube 18 in the blood pump 4 and a point 20 where it stops pressurizing. This position is to receive the least effect of pulsation generated by the blood pump 4.
