To provide a hemostatic device for stabilizing a balloon by controlling the expanding direction of the balloon and adjusting to bodies different in shape and size.

The hemostatic device 10 includes: a flexible flat belt body 11 to be fixed while wound around a hemostatic part; a flat plate 12 fixed onto the inner surface of the flat belt body 11; and the balloon 13 fixed onto the inner surface 26 of the flat plate 12. The flat plate 12 has a first length L1 along a first direction, which is longer than a second length L2 of the balloon 13, includes hinges 21, 22 to be extended in a direction crossing the first direction, and is bendable in the first direction by the hinges 21, 22.
