Abstract:
To provide a hepatocyte growth factor (HGF) variant of a wild type human HGF (wt-huHGF) having amino acid variations in the huHGF and essentially intact receptor-binding affinity of the corresponding wild type HGF.
The hepatocyte growth factor (HGF) variant of the wild type human HGF (wt-huHGF) has variations at positions 534, 673 and/or 692 of amino acids of the huHGF.
