Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide the subject low toxic therapeutic agent capable of both high level and continuous administration, giving great efficacy, containing, as active ingredient, 2-acetylpyrrole.
CONSTITUTION: The objective therapeutic agent containing, as active ingredient, 2-acetylpyrrole. For the does of said ingredient, in the case of adult, 1-100mg/day of the ingredient is administered in 1 to 3 portions. The administration method may be of oral or parenteral route, its form being tablets, granules, capsules, injection, infusion, etc. Other ingredients are e.g. starch, lactose, crystalline cellulose, carboxymethylcellulose, magnesium stearate.
