USE: Herbicidal compositions.
PROCESS: For example, a compd. represented by formula II and a compd. represented by formula III (Y is a leaving group) are reacted to obtain the compd. represented by formula I. The compd. represented by formula II has herbicidal activity itself and some of the compds. represented by formula II are novel compds.
