PURPOSE: To obtain a herbicide capable of reducing a damage to a growing plant caused by the active ingredient by including 2-(4-aryloxy)-phenoxyacetic acid derivative, etc., as a herbicidal active ingredient and a naphthalene derivative as an antidote.
