Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hermetic compressor capable of preventing refrigerating machine oil from flowing into a compressor upper space together with refrigerant gas discharged from the discharge port of a compression mechanism.SOLUTION: A hermetic compressor comprises: a compression mechanism 20 drawing in and compressing refrigerant; and an electric mechanism 10 constituted by a stator 11 and a rotor 12 including a drive shaft 14 in a central portion thereof and a refrigerant flow passage 16 that is a hole through which refrigerant gas passes and that is provided in an axial direction of the drive shaft 14 outside of the drive shaft 14, the electric mechanism 10 driving the compression mechanism 20, refrigerating machine oil being stored in a lower portion of a container 1, the hermetic compressor being configured so that a refrigerating machine oil flow passage 30 having a lower portion opening into refrigerating machine oil and an upper portion including an outlet 31 orthogonal to the axial direction and provided near a lower end portion of the rotor 12 and a discharge passage 18 ranging from the outlet 31 of the flow passage 30 to an outside of the refrigerant flow passage 16 provided in the rotor 12 are provided in the axial direction of the drive shaft 14 of the electric mechanism 10, an outlet portion 19 of the discharge passage 18 is provided outward of the refrigerant flow passage 16, an end plate 17 is provided on a lower surface of the rotor 12 for preventing detachment of a permanent magnet, and a flow passage formation plate is provided below the end plate for the discharge passage 18.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
