Surfaces on a ball touching sides of at least one of an upper washer 138 and an lower washer 139 are inclined toward an outer circumference. Consequently, since a gap between the upper washer 138 and the lower washer 139 on a raceway wheel can be kept constant by horizontal movement of the raceway wheel which is a revolution raceway of the balls 135 even if the upper washer seating surface 131 and the lower washer seating surface 132 are inclined slightly, load is not concentrated on the specific ball 135 and load is distributed to each ball 135 and uneven contact of the balls 135 is relaxed to achieve low noise, high efficiency and high reliability.
