A scroll compressor 1 comprises a housing 2, a scroll compression mechanism stored in the housing 2 and a motor (a driving device) stored in the housing 2 and driving the scroll compression mechanism. The scroll compression mechanism comprises a suction port 18 (a gas inlet) opening in the housing. The housing 2 comprises a suction pipe 7 (a gas intake port) for taking gas into the inside and a conduit 31 for introducing the gas taken in the housing 2 from the suction pipe 7. The conduit 31 has a curved part constituting a curved flow passage, and comprises a lubricating oil outlet 32 on the side distant from the curvature center of the curved part.
