Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem in which, in a conventional hermetic rotary compressor, a shaft eccentric shaft diameter could not be reduced, in order to make assembly of a shaft and a piston possible, in the assembly of a compression mechanism part.SOLUTION: A stepped shape 100 is provided at a piston 4 and a shaft 3 in such a manner that, when φC-φL-2Es≤0 is established between a shaft eccentric amount Es, a shaft eccentric shaft diameter φC and a shaft lower shaft diameter φL, a counterbored hole φD of the piston 4 satisfies φD-φL-2Es>0, and also, in a region of a distance A from a shaft lower shaft upper end to a shaft eccentric shaft lower end in the shaft 3, a distance from the center of an eccentric shaft 3a does not exceed φC/2.
