Abstract:
PURPOSE:To surely perform sealing for improving reliability of a connection part by a process wherein in the differential pressure detection part, a diaphragm is welded after laying synthetic resin between the periphery of inside wall sandwitched by two dish-shaped pieces from both sides. CONSTITUTION:Between the first dish-shaped piece and the second dish-shaped piece a diaphragm 10 is held, while between the spaces 11 and 12 liquid synthetic resin is sprayed to rotate centering around an axis 13. As a result the synthetic resin is evenly piled in a gap 14 of the connecting periphery of both dish-shpaed pieces 8 and 9. When the connecting part is welded with the thermosetting resin, it hardens through its heat to seal up the gap 14 and to surely seal the spaces 11 and 12. Accordingly the generation of pinholes can be prevented to improve the reliability of the differential detecting part as well as to simplify a detection process, and as a result, enabling the mass production.
