To provide a hermetic type compressor which surely prevents abnormal rise of a coil temperature of the hermitic type compressor using a DC blushless motor having a stator in a concentrated winding method and improves reliability, in a hermetic type motor-driven compressor in which a compressing element portion for compressing coolant and the DC blushless motor are incorporated in the same hermetic container.
This hermetic type compressor comprises the compressing element A for compressing the coolant, a motor-driven element B for driving the compressing element are incorporated in the same hermetic container 1. As the motor-driven elements, the DC blushless motor having a stator coil 3 in the concentrated winding method in which respective windings are wound individually on a plurality of tooth portions is used. A temperature detecting means 7 mounted on the stator coil, a control device 22 for controlling the DC blushless motor depending on a result of detection of the temperature detecting device are provided.
