To prevent any deformation of a winding case lower part and generation of any thermal strain of stored compressive element owing to heat when a bottom end cap is welded to the lower opening of a winding case by setting an interval from the fixing center of the cylinder of the compressive element to the bottom end of the winding case to more than a specific distance.
By setting a distance h from the fixing center of the cylinder 17 of the compressive element 5 of a sealed container 1 to the bottom end of a winding case 1A to more than 40mm, such troubles as deformation of a winding case 1A lower part owing to heat at the time of joining a bottom end cap 30 by arc welding to the lower opening of the winding case 1A which stores an electrically driven element 3 and the compressive element 5, as generation of thermal strain to the compressive elements 5, unsatisfactory rotation and sliding, etc., of a roller 19 can be prevented.
