Abstract:
To provide a hexagonal segment capable of firmly positioning a joint surface at a corner gathering portion where corner portions of three hexagonal segments are gathered and avoiding misalignment due to distortion caused by an eccentric load or the like.SOLUTION: A concave for positioning (socket) 13a is provided in a portion of a face side axial joint surface 13 on a face side diagonal joint surface 15 side with respect to a fastening recess 23a of each diagonal bolt insertion hole 23. A wellhead side axial joint surface 14 is provided with a convex for positioning (plug) 14a at a position corresponding to the concave for positioning 13a in the side region on both sides. At the time of assembling a hexagonal segment 12, the convex for positioning 14a is fitted into the concave for positioning 13a of the face side axial joint surface 13 of the hexagonal segment 12 previously assembled so as to be fitted. The wellhead side axial joint surface 14 is positioned with respect to the face side axial joint surface 13 of the hexagonal segment 12 previously assembled.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
