This hard coated film is such that a hard coating layer (3) comprising the polymer of an active energy ray-polymerizable monomer is formed on the corresponding transparent base film (1); wherein at least hard coating layer side of the transparent base film surface bears an undercoating layer (2) which comprises the polymer of a polymerizable material containing 1-5 mass% of the active energy ray-polymerizable monomer.
