PURPOSE: To improve air permeability by forming an air permeable layer between an inner wall and a facing material, locating breathing furring strips in a middle in a vertical direction between a column and a stud, forming an opening in a wall between the air permeable furring strips, and intercommunicating the upper and lower spaces of the air permeable furring strips.
CONSTITUTION: Air permeable layers 8f and 8f are formed between inner walls 8b and 8b and facing materials 8e and 8e mounted on the respective inner walls. Air permeable furring strips 42 and 74 each having an air permeable part are spanned in the middle in a vertical direction between a column 6 and studs 7 and 7 with a vertical distance therebetween. An opening extending through a wall 8 is formed between the air permeable furring strips 42 and 74, and a frame like a picture frame is located in an opening.
