Title:
High conductivity titanium oxide structure
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP6049281
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a titanium oxide structure having a high aspect ratio, good dispersibility in a solution, high heat-resistance and high electrical conductivity and capable of improving conversion efficiency when used in a dye-sensitized solar cell, and a method for easily producing the structure.SOLUTION: There is provided a plate or rod-shaped titanium oxide structure containing at least one kind of element selected from the group consisting of V, Nb, Ta and B and having an average aspect ratio of ≥10 and a powder resistance of ≤1×10Ω×m under a pressure of 10 MPa. The titanium oxide structure is produced e.g. by contacting an alkaline aqueous solution having a specific concentration with a Ti-containing substance (A) and a specific substance (B) at >160°C, optionally washing with an acid, or the like, and heat-treating the product.
