To secure desired crosstalk characteristics even when a pattern interval is narrowed by providing a pattern twisting part for replacing a pattern positioned on an upper side and the pattern positioned on a lower side.
The pattern twisting part 3 alternately extends the patterns 1a and 1c present on a straight line on the same surface in a first layer and a third layer, alternately extends the vertically paired patterns 1a and 1c, connects the alternately extended pattern 1a of the first layer and pattern 1c of the third layer by a through-hole 5 and vertically twists the patterns. The pattern 1a of the first layer is turned to the pattern 1c of the third layer by the pattern twisting part 3 and the pattern 1c of the third layer is turned to the pattern 1a of the first layer. By adding twisting in a middle part to every other arranged patterns in such a manner, even when the interval of the adjacent patterns is narrowed, crosstalk between the patterns is improved. Also, the similar pattern twisting part is provided for the patterns in a direction Y as well.
