Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-quality high-density woven fabric for air bag that is improved in a width variation and a wrinkle in a warp direction of the woven fabric, and a method for weaving the same.SOLUTION: The high-density woven fabric for air bag is characterized in that the maximum width variation amount of one side of the woven fabric is 6 mm or less. The woven fabric is produced by using a plurality of weft including synthetic fibers of the same kind, inserting weft of a plurality of feeding packages from a plurality of nozzles to corresponding nozzles; and weaving a high-density woven fabric having a cover factor of 1900 or more in a weft arrangement in which three or more weft from the same feeding package are not continuously arranged.
