Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain a high dielectric substance with moisture absorption lower than that in conventional use.
CONSTITUTION: In this high dielectric substance, a compound selected from monosacharide, polysacharide, polyvinyl alcohol and these dielectrics is displaced with cianoethyl group and saturated fatty acid ester group of 10 to 20 carbon number. A substitution rate is 60% or more in the cianoethyl group and 5 to 50% in the saturated fatty acid ester group of 10 to 20 carbon number.
