Abstract:

To provide a high dimensional precision pipe manufacturing method capable of manufacturing a pipe of high straightness by preventing the pipe on a die outlet side from being bent when manufacturing the high dimensional precision pipe by the punching.

When punching a pipe by a die 2 while a plug is inserted in the pipe 1 in a floating manner, one set of two rollers 3 capable of holding the pipe 1 and moving the pipe in a plane substantially perpendicular to the punching direction of the pipe 1 are installed immediately close to an outlet side of the die 2, the position of the pipe 1 is measured, and two position sensors 7 for detecting the bend of the pipe 1 are installed on the outlet side of the rollers 3, and the bend of the pipe 1 on the outlet side of the die 2 is prevented by finely adjusting the position of the rollers 3 in the plane substantially perpendicular to the punching direction of the pipe 1 according to the bend of the pipe 1 detected by the position sensors 7.
