Abstract:

To provide a chlorofluorocarbon gas recovering system which can recover a chlorofluorocarbon gas at high efficiency by lowering the internal pressure of a storing cylinder by providing a cooling tank in a chlorofluorocarbon gas recovering route using a chlorofluorocarbon gas receiving device.

This high-efficiency chlorofluorocarbon gas recovering system can suppress the pressure of the chlorofluorocarbon gas discharged from the chlorofluorocarbon gas recovering device in the storage cylinder 5 after the gas is cooled to about 0°C in the cooling tank 4 containing thrown-in ice water, by utilizing the action of the storage cylinder 5 to maintain the pressure of the gas at the saturation pressure at the temperature of the cooled gas when the cooled gas is packed in the cylinder 5. Consequently, the system can recover the chlorofluorocarbon gas at high efficiency.
