Further, this heat- exchanger comprises a film type evaporation pipe 3 to progress a latent heat change in a way that heat in the heat transfer tube is absorbed by adhering cooling water to the hygroscopic material; a sprinkler 4 being at least one sprinkler 4 and receiving cooling water in a machine body and showering cooling water against the film type evaporation pipe 3; front and rear draft protection plates 5, forming front and rear draft protection plates 5, and applying supplied water with maximum efficiency through prevention of showered water from dissipation.
