Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide high tensile hot rolled steel sheet having an industrially practicable high formability and excellent material uniformity, in which the fluctuation of the material in a coil, particularly, the fluctuation of the material in the width direction is minimized, a production method therefor, and a working method therefor.
SOLUTION: The steel sheet substantially has a composition containing, by weight, ≤0.1% C, 0.05 to 0.6% Mo and 0.02 to 0.10% Ti. The steel sheet substantially has a ferritic structure in which carbides containing Ti and Mo in the range satisfying, by atomic ratio, Ti/Mo≥0.1 are dispersedly precipitated.
