The high frequency circuit includes a circuit board (14), having a predetermined wiring pattern formed respectively on the front face (17) and the rear face (18) with the respective wiring patterns being made conductive; a high-frequency filter (24) mounted on the front face for removing unwanted frequency components; and an integrated circuit (26), mounted on the rear face and connected to the high-frequency filter for carrying out the desired signal processing. The high-frequency filter is mounted on the integrated circuit via the circuit board.
