PURPOSE: To enable to manufacture simply the high frequency coil having a simple structure and light weight by a method wherein plural teeth of a comb-shaped wafers being arranged with plural grooves on one side are installed radially, and an elemental wire of coil is wound around through the respective grooves.

CONSTITUTION: A coil bobbin 1 is formed by assembling circular end base plates 2, 3 to be put at the upper and the lower ends of the coil bobbin, and the teeth of a comb-shaped plural wafers 4 being arranged with the plural grooves 5 on one side in the longitudinal direction. Fixing projection parts 6, 7 to be fixed to the end base plates 2, 3 are formed at the upper and the lower ends of the respective wafers 4, and plural holding grooves 8 to be fixed with the projection parts 6, 7 of the wafers 4 are provided radially from the center parts 9 inside of the end base plates. After the plural wafers 4 are installed between the end base plates 2, 3, the elemental coil wire is wound around through the respective grooves 5. Accordingly the coil can be manufactured simply, and the processing number of manufacturing work can be reduced.
