To provide a high frequency device that can realize a filter having an excellent characteristic and easily adjust the pass frequency of the filter with high accuracy without causing fluctuations to the skirt and ripple characteristics of the filter.
The high frequency device is provided with a filter element consisting of resonance elements 12 configured with a superconductive film formed on a substrate 11, with a dielectric board 16 that is opposed to the surface of the substrate 11 with the superconductive film formed thereon nearly in parallel and placed to cover gaps among the resonance elements 12, and with an interval control means 17 that controls the interval between an opposed face of the dielectric board 16 to the substrate 11 and the surface of the substrate 11.
