Abstract:
PURPOSE:To permit a difficult-to-punch material to be efficiently punched into a clear cut surface by forming punching metal molds to be used serving as the upper and bottom electrodes of a high frequency heating device. CONSTITUTION:A knife edge 2a of a press upper board 1a is used serving as the upper electrode of a high frequency oscillator 6, and a bottom laid plate 5 of a press bottom board 1b is used serving as the bottom electrode. A workpiece 3 is positioned between these knife edge 2a and underlay plate 5, and the workpiece 3 heats its shearing region by high frequency dielectric heating by actuating the high frequency oscillator 6. In this way, the workpiece 3 difficult to be punched obtains a clear cut surface of punching.
