Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-frequency filter, having a good characteristic by changing the interval between the width of center conductors and grounded conductors in a resonator connecting part and/or an input/output connecting part and its neighborhood, while keeping the characteristic impedance of a resonator and/or an input/output line fixed.
SOLUTION: The interval between the width of the center conductors 3 and 4 and the grounded conductors 2a and 2b is gently changed, so as to be wider in the neighborhood of the input/output-connecting part 6 and to be narrower in the neighborhood of the resonator-connecting part 5, while keeping the characteristic impedance of the line fixed. Therefore, the center conductors 3 and 4 are prevented from approaching more than necessary and influence on a passing characteristic from dimensional difference which becomes a problem in working is suppressed. In the resonator-connecting part 5, the interval between the end parts of the center conductor 3 is reduced, so that the filter is made small. Furthermore, fringing capacitance is reduced, that the passing characteristic deterioration from the difference in resonance frequencies in the resonator is suppressed.
