PURPOSE: To improve operability, treatability and cleanability by surrounding a magnetic induction element for operating by the magnetic field from a permanent magnet and detecting the detachment of a bread vessel by the side wall inner face of a hollow resonator and a U-shaped recess formed into a bracket composed of a nonmagnetic metal.
CONSTITUTION: A bracket 39 is composed of a nonmagnetic metal having a U-shaped recess 39a of a U-shaped cross section type and a lead switch (magnetic induction element) 38 is surrounded by the inner face of a side wall 26a and the U-shaped recess of the bracket 39 to sandwich. Fixing a bread vessel 11 on the bottom face of a heating chamber 1 engages a fixing pawl 13 provided on the lower outer face of a support stand 12 with a catching piece 14 fixed on the bottom face of the heating chamber 1. Since the detachment of the bread vessel 11 is performed by the lead switch 38 in response to the magnetic field from a permanent magnet 36, detecting holes need not be drilled in the bottom face of the heating chamber 1. Further, in order that the detachment of the bread vessel 11 is to be made easy, an upper plane heater 6 and a lower plane heater 8 are provided, the heaters are eliminated from the heating chamber 1, an effective space of the heating chamber 1, specially, its height is made high, and operability, treatability and cleanability are improved.
