Title:
HIGH-FREQUENCY HEATING COOKER
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPS60256728
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To improve gas detecting property by a method wherein ventilation of a cooking chamber is prevented by stopping a fan or the like upon conducting electricity alternately in the titled cooker in which the heating of cooker is controlled upon the alternate conductions of a heater and a high-frequency oscillator by detecting the gas produced from food to be cooked.

CONSTITUTION: When the movable contact of a changeover switch 17 is switched to the contact C1 to cook the food by the alternate conductions of the heater 3 and the high-frequency oscillator 2, a control unit 13 switches the movable contact of the switch 17 to the contact C3 to stop the rotation of cooling fan 6 for the high-frequency oscillator 2 or intercept the airflow path of the fan. According to this method, air is prevented from flowing into the cooking chamber and the disturbance of output peak of a sensor 9 may be prevented. Accordingly, the detection of the gas sensor 9 becomes correct and correct control may be effected.
