Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To intensively irradiate a heating object by concentrating a high frequency by installing fixedly a fixed antenna made of a conductor and provide a high frequency heating device that can heat the heating object uniformly by uniforming the electric field distribution in the heating chamber, regardless of the shape of the heating chamber, by fixedly installing the fixed antenna.
SOLUTION: In this device, the fixed antenna 12 made of a conductor is installed on a first power feeding port 8a or in the vicinity of the first power feeding port 8a, and a heating object 1 in the heating chamber 2 can be heated with high efficiency and uniformly regardless of the shape of the heating object 1.
