Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high frequency heating device equipped with a heating space in which a practical effect of circularly polarized wave heating is given to a supply composition of a circularly-polarized wave and a heated object which receives the supplied circularly-polarized wave.
SOLUTION: The high frequency heating device has a wave guide 10 equipped with a high frequency generating means, an E-plane T-junction distribution section 12 that is a distribution means by which a high frequency generated by the high frequency generating means is divided in two, wave guides 13 and 14 in which the high frequency divided in two are transmitted, respectively, and a heating space 15 constituted in an area in which the wave guides 13 and 14 are made to intersect perpendicularly. By making a length from the E-plane T-junction distribution section 12 of the each wave guides 13 and 14 to the heating space 15 become the difference of the length of approximately 1/4 of a propagation wavelength of the wave guide, and by making the circularly-polarized wave generated certainly by the high frequencies of an almost equivalent amount and a 90 degree phase difference, use efficiency of radio-frequency energy is raised and also equalization of heating is promoted.
