PURPOSE: To prevent an abnormal heating and to carry out a cooking responding to the purpose by providing either a turntable or a container housing a stirring vane selectively in a heating chamber, and installing a metallic disk to suppress the invasion of the high-frequency energy to a rotary connecting shaft.
CONSTITUTION: In a heating chamber 1 with a high-frequency oscillator as a heating source, either a turntable 19 on which a substance to heat is loaded rotatable, of a stirrer container 12 housing a stirring vane 14 rotatable within the container is provided selectively. The second driving shaft 27 to drive the turntable 19 at a low speed is furnished penetrating the center axis of the first driving shaft 17 to drive the stirring vane 14 at a high speed through a penetrating hole 52 at the bottom surface of the heating chamber 1. To a rotary connecting shaft 21 where a rotary table 20 to hold the turntable 19 is geared with the driving shaft 27, a metallic suppression disk 67 to suppress the invasion of the high-frequency energy into the penetrating hole 52 is installed. By such a constitution, a cooking operation responding to the purpose can be carried out, and an abnormal heating can is prevented.
