PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-frequency induction heating coil body, with which an arbitrary fixed range on the side surface of a long work can suitably be heated by adjusting the depth of the layer to be heated, and both side surface of the long work can uniformly and suitably be heated by automatically following a warpage at the time of heating the long work.
SOLUTION: In the high-frequency induction heating coil body for heating both side surface of the long work W carried in a prescribed direction, one pair of first heating conductors 100, 150 disposed almost in parallel to the prescribed direction near the heating objective position of both side surfaces of the long work, and one pair of second heating conductors 200, 210 disposed almost symmetrically and almost in parallel to the first heating conductor 100 and one pair of second heating conductors 250, 260 disposed almost symmetrically and almost in parallel to the first heating conductor 150 at the back surface side of the each of the first heating conductor 100, 150, are provided. The direction of current supplied from one transformer for supplying the power (omitted in the figure) is made mutually reverse from the case of the first heating conductors 100, 150 to the cases of the second heating conductors 200, 210, 250, 260.
