Title:
HIGH-FREQUENCY INDUCTION HEATING DEVICE OF CERAMIC MATERIAL, AND NONPRESSURIZED SINTERING METHOD USING THE SAME
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2010056064
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To provide a high-frequency induction heating device for generating heat from ceramic material itself by preheating, and for carrying out induction-heating to increase a temperature of the ceramic material, and to provide a nonpressurized sintering method as a method for manufacturing a sintered body of the ceramic material by utilizing the high-frequency induction heating device which uses a preheating function.

The high-frequency induction heating device is structured by including a preheating housing arranged in a chamber and preheating the ceramic material, an induction coil for supplying an inductive current so that the preheating housing generates heat, and a high-frequency current generator for supplying a high-frequency current to the induction coil.
