Title:
HIGH FREQUENCY INTEGRATED CIRCUIT
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2788838
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To provide the high frequency integrated circuit having an adjustable matching circuit.
CONSTITUTION: A signal line 1 is short-circuited to a ground 3 through a capacitor 2 like an RF. This signal line is connected to a bias supply point 4. One electrode of a capacitor 5a for adjustment is connected to the ground 3. At first, the terminal of a short-circuit stub is at an RF short-circuit point. At this time, for exaple, bonding points 7a and 7b are connected by a wire to shorten the effective length of the short-circuit stub. Further, bonding points 8a and 8b are connected by a wire to shorten the effective length of the short- circuit stub more. The impedance of a matching circuit is changed by this operation to adjust the characteristic of the high frequency integrated circuit.
