Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a noise filter element, which is capable of restraining electromagnetic interference waves, composed of higher harmonic components using a simple means without having to modify a printed board.
SOLUTION: A high-frequency noise filter 1 is equipped with a thin-plate or a sheet-like structure 2, which includes a magnetic substance having a large magnetic loss component of complex permeability in a high-frequency region and two conductor electrodes 3, which are in parallel with each other and formed on the one surface of the structure 2.
