Title:
HIGH-FREQUENCY POWER CIRCUIT
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3482882
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the malfunction of an overcurrent detecting circuit caused by the turning in of high frequency from a power converting circuit.
SOLUTION: A DC power source 1 is equipped with a smoothing capacitor C1 at its output part, and it supplies a high frequency generation circuit 21, which generates high frequency, and a power amplifying circuit 22, which amplifies high frequency generated in the high-frequency generation circuit 21 and supplies high-frequency power to a load with power. A resistor Rs for current detection is connected between a ground pattern 11b, corresponding to the high frequency generation circuit 21 and the ground pattern 11b, corresponding to a power amplifying circuit 22. A ground pattern 11a corresponding to an overcurrent detection circuit 3, which controls the output of the power amplifying circuit 22 by detecting the overcurrent by the voltage across this resistor Rs is connected to the ground pattern 11b through a bridge part 11d near the smoothing capacitor C1. Moreover, the vicinity of the bridge part 11d is connected to the negative electrode of the smoothing capacitor C1.
