Abstract:
PURPOSE:To surely realize the stable feedback control of high response and high gain by using a sample and hold circuit and a PID circuit. CONSTITUTION:The output of a power detecting circuit 8 which detects the high frequency output and the output of a clock signal generating circuit 15 are inputted to a sampling and holding circuit 14. The output of the sample and hold circuit 14 is inputted to a PID circuit 16, and the output of the PID circuit 16 and the output of a power setting circuit 12 are inputted to an error amplifying circuit 13. Since the input of the PID circuit 16 is not varied in the holding period in the steady state after waveform rise and the output of the PID circuit 16, namely, the input of the error amplifying circuit 13 is scarcely varied then, a feedback control system has a high response and a high degree of amplification.
